Rymill Coonawarra Maturation Release Cabernet Sauvignon is grown in Coonawarra's pre-eminent terra rossa soils of red clay and fertile loam overlaying deep limestone.

Premium grapes are selected for fermentation. Following maturation in French oak barriques, the wine is bottled. Small quantities are tucked away in the cellar to age further in bottle, and are only released after careful assessment.

Deep crimson, Rymill Coonawarra Maturation Release Cabernet Sauvignon is a full bodied wine with soft, dusty tannins. Cellaring potential is five years.
